Sagamore Spirit Distillery & Rye Street Tavern

Part of the mixed-use redevelopment plan for Baltimore Peninsula, the Sagamore Spirit Distillery and Rye Street Tavern form a whiskey distillery campus around a central courtyard. The project takes cues from Sagamore Farm, bringing elements of the agrarian landscape into the city. A limestone path wraps the lawn, guiding visitors from the water tower to the distillery, to the processing facility, and then to the tasting room. South of the buildings, a wide lawn opens to the water.
