Baltimore Peninsula

Baltimore Peninsula is a 177 acre, master-planned, mixed-use development in Baltimore, designed to be a sustainable, mixed-use urban community where people live-work-play. Located on the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River, the design provides over 40 acres of public open space, miles of bike/pedestrian trails, transit connectivity and uninterrupted waterfront access. Chapter 1 is the 30 acre heart of the project and the first to be built, designed with an urban streetscape that mitigates stormwater while creating a rich, pedestrian focused urban environment.
