Betsy Boykin

Betsy Boykin is the founder of Core Studio Design and an award-winning landscape architect based in Baltimore, Maryland.

Experience

Betsy graduated with a Master of Landscape Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and with a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Art History from Williams College. She has worked with several offices, including Child Associates and Hargreaves Associates in Boston, and founded the landscape studio at Ayers Saint Gross in Baltimore. She has worked extensively across the country and in Baltimore on the planning and design of projects including the Maryland Public Health Laboratory, the University of Baltimore Library Renovation, and Virginia Tech’s Holden Hall. 

Betsy has received multiple honors and awards in the profession and has served as guest critic at Harvard University, Columbia University, Rhode Island School of Design, MICA, University of Pennsylvania, Boston Architectural Center, and University of Maryland.
